My story

🐾💜Adopt Zoey 💜🐾

Zoey is a beautiful Maltese mix, about 10 years old, and 17 pounds. She was completely invisible at the Wylie Shelter, sleeping on a cement floor, for over a month. No One Cared. She had double ear infections, pyometra, and really bad teeth. It’s no wonder she was so disoriented, with all that sickness ravishing her little body.

When we found out that Zoey had been wasting away without any adoption interest, we knew she needed a soft place to land, medical care, and help finding someone who would love her FUR~Ever More!

We’re gonna need everyone’s help, sharing her posts, please! She deserves to be seen and loved! She’s spayed now, has been fully vetted, and she’s feeling so much better! She’s got some arthritis, she can’t see or hear like she did when she was a puppy but she’s got a whole lot of love to share! She’s even had her teefers freshly cleaned! 🐾

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

We pre-screen adopters with an application. IWe verify vet info, living situation, plan for emergencies, and get info about current pets

2.

Interview

After we verify the application, we will contact the potential adopter and discuss the possibility of adopting one of our pets.

3.

Home Check

We then do a virtual home visit and send them videos of the pets' temperament.

4.

Approve Application

This is when we approve the application and then take the pet for a meet and greet.

5.

Pay Fee

They then pay fee and live happily ever after
