Looking for a calm, easy-going gentleman who’s ready to be the ultimate companion? Capicola is the man for the job. Since making his journey north, he has been doing well in his foster home with two cats and his foster shares: “Cappy is a dream foster. He has so much love to give and will be the first in line to be your next lazy-day couch buddy. He will make a great addition to any family!”
Capicola is a low-energy, mellow guy who loves to accompany you on your daily adventures but is content to chill on his bed for a nap. He gets along well with other dogs and would likely be fine with or without a canine sibling in the home. Capicola is respectful and not super interested in the cats he is currently fostered with, so he’d likely be fine with another cat in the home. When he was fostered down south, he interacted well with kids, so he’d likely be fine with children in the home.
Capicola is fully crate-trained and house-trained. He is crated throughout the day and sleeps in there overnight without any issues. He knows his meals are in there and it’s a safe space for him to hang out. Capicola has had zero accidents in the home since coming north and knows to go outside on leash. He walks well on the leash. He is adjusting to his new environment and building his confidence every day, so he would benefit from an owner who’s ready to show him the world.
