Hi my name is Valentine ❤️

A little back story on me, I was found in a dumpster thrown away in my crate which no chance of survival and most of my life was spent locked up in a cage. Luckily I was saved and will never have to spend my life like that. Now I get to tell the world about me. My foster mom says I’m one of the best fosters she has had (and she’s had a lot) I get along well with all dogs I get playful and will play with toys with them or
Chew on toys by myself. I found a love for chewing on bones while laying in my bed. Speaking of beds. That’s my favorite place to be. If it’s not my dog bed I’m laying in, I’ll happily snuggle in yours with you, so much so you might just wanna lay there and hang with me all day. I am a little bit of a loud sleeper, I mean my foster mom says I snore but watching me sleep happily is priceless. I love food when it’s time to eat I’ll follow you where ever you will place my bowl. Treat motivated 100%. Really I’m a very easy, chill dog. You won’t hear a peep out of me unless I feel you’ve left me alone too long because I really would love to spend all my time with someone. I will let you know if I’m unsure of something or someone with maybe a light growl, other than that my name serves me well. I’m full of love and that’s all I want from my forever family. Someone who lets me roam and be free and promises to take care of me forever and lets me be me and well, spoils me rotten. My ideal family can have other fur friends and even kids a yard but most importantly, a welcoming home and a dog bed for me to hang out and lay in to be somewhere near you. I really will be your best friend.

Our animals are kept in foster care until we find them the best forever home. All prespective adopters fill out our interest form and have a home check as well as a meet and greet with the animal they are considering adopting. A small adoption fee is asked for depending on the animal and it's age etc. An adoption contract is signed by both parties and if there is any issue with the animal after adoption the adopter agrees to return the animal to us.

Our dream at Vegas Pet Rescue Project is to positively impact the Las Vegas homeless, abused and abandoned pets that overwhelm our shelter system by giving them a new lease on LIFE. Our primary focus will be to assist the local animal shelters (Animal Foundation and Henderson Shelter) with the pets who have been given limited time to be adopted before they are removed from the shelter system due to a multitude of reasons. We will accomplish this goal through our extensive network of foster families, donations, and sponsors. We would also like to help finance spay and neuter programs to help low income families be responsible pet owners and decrease the overpopulation issues we face in Vegas. We also feel it important to collect pet supplies and food for local rescues and the city’s Good Samaritans who foster rescue pets and take in strays. Eventually we would love to help create a volunteer based program to investigate and bring down illegal breeding. We have been helping the pet rescue effort in the city for 3 years now and feel like we are just getting started.
