Goldie is your typical sweet, friendly, and lively Goldendoodle. She greets everyone with a tail wag and is being fostered with two children and two small dogs.
She has made a lot of progress with her foster family in the last two weeks, but will need continued training. She is learning not to pull on her leash, and to settle in her kennel and is doing well. She still needs to learn not to jump up when she gets excited, but she is very smart and capable.
Goldie will need supervision while she learns not to eat objects that she finds around the house, and to be kenneled while she is home alone or can't be supervised.
She loves to go on long walks, play with toys and be around people. Goldie keeps a clean kennel, sleeps through the night, and goes potty outside. While on walks, she gets eager to greet other dogs and will bark, so she will need her new family to work on this with her.
Overall, Goldie has a great foundation and is very intelligent. She loves everyone and will be a great companion.
Goldie was an owner surrender due to having eaten things she wasn't supposed to and needing them surgically removed.
Meet and greets are by appointment only. An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Check out our events page for upcoming open adoption events!
We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time. When we do, it will be updated here. This is all the information we have currently.
