My name is Toto!

Toto is a good boy we have had him for five years he came to us when he was 3 months old.
We just moved to a small house without a backyard in the community
We used to live in a house with a huge backyard where Toto was thrilled and because of the cooler climate, he loved being outside.
We moved in hot weather in a much smaller house. I have a child who is nonverbal she is afraid of him we are working and can't keep him on the leash.
I did not want to make this move and rehome him but we had no choice
