Hi, my name is Oscar Meyer, but my foster mom calls me Little Boy cause I have short legs. I was rescued with my 2 brothers, and we're all in awesome foster homes now. I am almost 4 months old, and mom says I am one of the sweetest puppies ever. I love cuddles, belly rubs and people! I play well with the other dogs here too. I am good in my crate and working on walking on a leash. I am also working very hard on potty training and have come a long way. Mom says I am a very smart boy, so it shouldn't be too much longer. I love squeaky toys, balls, playing tug and car rides. I have even gotten in the wading pool we have here! I am looking for a family to call my own that I can continue to learn to be the good dog I know I can be. And go on all sorts of fun adventures and do tons of fun stuff. If you think I am a good match for you or you have any questions, please email my foster mom, Flo, at mamaziti@gmail.com. Better yet, put in an application on www.mpravl.org. I'll be waiting!
Oscar Meyer is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and started on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $350 and you can apply to adopt at mpravl.org. Please also check out our upcoming events on our website and maybe catch him at one of those!
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
