Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Frankie and I was living a terrible life as a street puppy in Mission Texas near the border of Mexico. I had no owner, instead, I went from home to home asking for food and that was how I existed. It’s a miserable way to live, but I had no choice, and I never gave up the dream that some nice family would take me in and make me their forever dog. Instead, a dog rescue picked me up, which was almost as good and I am now being fostered in San Antonio Texas while getting ready to move to Connecticut.
I am a sweet little Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix, lean and leggy, I'm 2 years old, 19 lbs, friendly with people young and old, and friendly and playful with other dogs. I make a very nice playmate with my doggy friends, a bit submissive when we play and I treat my doggy friends very nicely. Going for daily walks is one of my favorite activities and I walk nicely on a leash. I stay in my crate while my foster parents go to work and it doesn't bother me. I’m a good boy, affectionate and loving, always happy, I rarely bark, and I am well-behaved in a home. No chewing or digging and BONUS… I’m already housebroken. My foster parents rock and they have taught me so many wonderful things so I can land the best forever home. I just was neutered, my vaccines are done, and I’m chipped and ready to move to Connecticut. I can’t wait to meet you!
