My name is Nana!

Nana is a sweet, rotund, green-eyed senior lady who is looking for a comfortable retirement home. While she is subdued in the shelter, she loves human attention and will lean into pets and cuddles from friendly visitors. Nana likes to sit on a shelf in the feline community where she resides, mostly ignoring the other cats, but keeping her eye on the comings and goings of humans who might be interested in petting her. She occasionally will sit in a volunteer's lap and is thought to be a social eater, who will begin to eat while being shown attention. In her former life, Nana got along with a small dog and older children. This sweet lady is apt to thrive in a relatively quiet home with people who will give her time to adjust to her new surroundings, while offering her love and reassurance as she once again takes on the role of a cherished family member
