Ruggie is a wonderful companion dog! He is healthy happy & has been well cared for all his life by the same family. Family members have passed away recently, & he has come into rescue looking for another home. Don't let his age scare you! Rescues just don't received senior guys as healthy as Ruggie is! Vet exam -- neutered; heart is healthy & no murmur; complete blood panel for all organ function values is perfect; teeth are clean & healthy; Temperament -- sweet, good natured, gentle; Microchipped. Ruggie is patient & gentle with the little floofs that trot around underneath & around him at home. He loads & rides nicely in the car -- loves to accompany the family on outings. Ruggie is quite comfortable & adaptive to new places. He displays such good house manners. Are you looking for a great senior pooch to hang out with? He'd like a reasonably level home with a minimum number of stairs & a fenced backyard. Family members need to be respectful. He can live with other small gentle dogs, a cat, other pets, Interested?
