My name is Tierra!

Tierra (the golf course we rescued her is Tierra Santa Golf Club) is a rescue from Weslaco, TX. She was abandoned and took refuge at our golf course. My wife and I winter there for five months. The guys at the course were feeding her for about a week. Dawn met Tierra midway through her round, at the end of her round Tierra was near the club house and ended up jumping into Dawn's golf cart. There is one photo of Dawn and Tierra on the club house patio. We have had her checked at Weslaco Animal Clinic, she is up to date on all of her shots. The Vet estimates her age around 11 months as of May 1st. She is great with other dogs. She goes for walks, walks well, except when you see a rabbit, that gets her excited. She knows basic commands like sit and wait. She is a puppy and still is tough on toys, though has a "soft mouth".

We thought strongly about keeping her, though we have the dogs in the house already. She will make a great addition to someone's family
