Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Shorty. You will immediately notice how affectionate and loving I am. I’m pretty shy and it takes me a little time to adjust to new spaces, but I’m very curious and love to explore. Loud noises are pretty scary, too, but as long as my humans are close and tell me it’s okay, I’m good. I love my stuffed animals and toys. I’m mostly housetrained, just small accidents when I get scared or excited. I’m also learning how to walk on a leash and I make my foster parents giggle a lot while doing this! But then they tell me “good job!” and I get treats and belly rubs. I can’t wait to find my forever family!
Shorty is estimated to be three years old and 35 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
