Hi there! I'm Louise. I am a 4-month-old, hound dog, girl that came in with my sister Thelma. I am very energetic and I love being the center of attention. I am a true hound so I love to talk. I am protective of food and treats when it comes to other animals being around. So if you have other pets, you will just need to separate us when it is time to eat. If you would like a high-energy pup to go running or hiking with, then come meet me at the Humane Society shelter and see if we would be a good match.

When you adopt from the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs, you will get a healthy, loving companion that has received its preliminary inoculations, is spayed or neutered, has a tag and microchip for ID and is eligible for a free veterinarian checkup. The adoption fee is a great value. We endeavor to have all animals receive a rabies vaccination. In Colorado, rabies must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
