My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

We are very selective about where our rescue floofs go, but if it's possible we are even more so with some extra special doggos. Gunner is one of those....

Gunner used to be Snow, a boy who was kept in a garage and crated for many years, if not most of his life. It was said it was because he didn't like other dogs but now that Gunner has a new life in rescue, we have found that is not true.

He's been to the vet, gotten shots, had a dental and a growth removed and is just about ready to find his new family. His fosters have been working with him, helping him get his strength in his back legs and he has done so well!

Gunner is a happy and beyond sweet boy and wherever he goes to spend his last years will have to be somewhere just as special as he is. Where he will never be crated again.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to help the innocent sweet pups that don't have a voice. Many of the dogs come in sick, emaciated and covered in matts, we are here to provide funding for the vet bills and grooming. We also fund the feeding of the pups while they are in foster care and boarding. Educating the public on the treatment of the livestock guardian dogs is something we take very seriously. We are here to fight for their rights and do everything we can to get them covered under animal cruelty laws. They don't have a voice so you will never stop hearing ours!
