Dog's Name: Baby Cher (CHE0524SOPFD)
Estimated Breed: Beagle / Chihuahua / Jack Russell Terrier mix
Approximate Age: DOB 3/11/24
Approximate Weight: 3-4 LBS
Currently Living at: Foster
Adoption Fee: $500
DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Baby Cher! This adorable little gal came to us from a high kill shelter in Georgia along with her three siblings (Baby Sonny, Baby Georgie and Baby Sheldon). She is currently staying in a foster home while searching for her forever home. Could that be with you? Little Cher is your typical puppy. She is very friendly, outgoing, and playful. Cher loves all dogs, big and small. She also very affectionate and loves to be held and cuddled. At her young age, Cher is in her prime for training and socialization. She will make a wonderful companion for years to come. Please remember that young puppies require a lot of time, love, and patience to become the best doggie citizens they can be. Submit an application today and change this sweet girl's life forever!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
