Meet Pixel
Introducing Pixel!
Pixel is an adorable Border Terrier mix who is approximately 5 months old and currently weighs 7 pounds. We rescued this little gal along with her sister Java from the Weslaco shelter in South Texas near the border of Mexico. We don’t know how these little ones ended up in the shelter but we are so happy they are here with us to find their loving, forever homes.
Pixel is a typical happy, playful puppy! She is very sweet and enjoys exploring and playing here at the rescue. She is curious, social and enjoys being held. She has a fun personality and in true terrier fashion, she knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to let you know.
As with any puppy, we know Pixel would benefit from basic obedience training to help her learn her manners and be the best puppy she can be. She would be a great companion to grow up in just about any family environment. We can really see hr doing well in a home where she can get lot of attention and playtime with her family. She enjoys playing with other dogs and would be a fun buddy for another dog her size. We have no idea who mom and dad are so we can only estimate that Pixel I’ll be a smaller medium-sized dog full grown. She is just a fun pup who can’t wait to find a home of her own!
Pixel is located at our rescue in Hondo, Texas and will be available for adoption after May 11th , 2024.
Prior to adoption, she will be spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations/shots, microchipped and her adoption fee is $375. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application.
