My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted this super cute and loving mix Lab/Boykin to help with grief over long-term companion Lab mix who died. However, human companion developed a cancer requiring surgery and radiation. Cannot care for Louie. Louie loves everyone he meets. Plays well with other dogs. Adopted at 7 wks. He is now about 11.5 mos. He has lived mostly in a highrise apt until the last several months since he has been boarding. He has a walker and family who take him to bark parks and trails walking and playing regularly. He needs a family and a forever home. He needs to be out of his kennel home and with people. He is super smart and will finish his house training quickly once he is out of the kennel boarding situation. He will not exceed 50 lbs. Louie is lean, healthy, athletic, rides in cars really well and loves to go. He comes with a large travel kennel, a large folding steel mess indoor/outdoor kennel, toys, and great gear. We are heartbroken. He needs a good forever home NOW.
