Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cizka is my cancer ESA service animal. Her birthday is March 25, 2019.
I have had her since she was 18 weeks old as a cancer ESA service animal gift from my daughters and my cancer care team.
Sadly, my cancer is returning aggressively and I am not in physical condition to care for her as I normally have. She senses the stress of the changes. My daughters live far away. I am alone, and my heart is breaking that I need to rehome her. She is and has been my loyal companion 24/7 since 2019.
It is very important to me that she goes to a home that is loving, kind and reassuring to her. The Shiba Inu breed is a loyal, smart, beautiful breed. Cizka is gentle with my grandchildren ages 5 and 1 yr old. She is almost too friendly. Her instinct is keen. She will warn you of bad people. She does well at the dog park with other dogs, but in her own space, she is territorial. This means supervised acclimation time is required in that case.
My main hope is an excellent loving home for her.
