Hi! I'm Emerie! I'm an approximately 1 year old, female, German Shephard mix, weighing about 52 lbs. I was brought to the shelter in hopes of finding my furr ever home! I am a sweet girl who loves to give hugs and kisses. I enjoy playing with my dog friends and hanging out with my people. I am currently learning how to play fetch and have a big interest in tennis balls! I walk well on a leash but still pull on occasion. I am excited to find my new furr ever crew and am looking forward to a snuggly, warm bed to sleep in. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed and microchipped. I will be current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative! Due to high interest since my arrival, meet and greets will be by APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
