My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Honcho! This sweet guy is about 1.5 years old and was surrendered by his previous owner. He's currently in a loving foster home. Honcho gets along well with other dogs and wouldn't make a good guard dog because he loves every person he meets. He's crate and house trained and enjoys receiving pets all over, from his ears to his paws, and especially loves tummy rubs! Honcho is playful but also enjoys sitting next to you as a trusty companion. If you're interested in meeting Honcho, give us a call or send us an email, and we can facilitate a meet and greet.

More about this rescue

Founded in 1990, Nuzzles and Co (formerly Friends of Animals Utah) was just a small group of animal lovers lobbying for a new shelter facility. Today, we are a full-fledged animal rescue and rehabilitation organization with an adoption center, dedicated staff and board of trustees, and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility that includes a full veterinary suite, indoor and outdoor training spaces, miles of hiking trails, and a community cat room with an attached "catio."
