DOB: 2/15/17 Approx. Weight: 9 Lbs
Adoption Fee: $ 250 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness!
Fancie was released to Furry Kids' by a breeder.
Fancie has been in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, as well as cats. She is a very shy girl and will need a home with another small dog to help build her confidence. Her foster Mom said that she has recently started to try and play with another little dog in her home. Fancie still has some fear going in and out of doors and at this time she does not do stairs and does not walk on a leash. She is also a great snuggler and has learned that she loves to snuggle with her foster Mom.
She will need a home with a lot of love and patience, giving her time to blossom and understand what life as a pampered pet can be like.
She will need a fence yard so that she can safely potty without wandering off.
Fancie does have medial patellar luxation on both rear legs. This is when the knee
cap dose not stay in the normal location and if not corrected an in some cases cause
arthritis as the pet ages or limping.
I have been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. Fancie also had a dental (with extractions) and 2 benign mammary tumors removed. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient.
