Meet Poppy! She is about 1 year old, 49 lbs, and she is a Mutt! In her foster home, she is doing great with house-training, crate training and needs work on her leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 10+ and other active dogs. No cats, please.
Her foster says, "Poppy is always up for an adventure. She even gets excited when we go to the vet. I bet she would love a long jog in a forest preserve. She plays fetch like a pro and might even do well with frisbee. At the end of the day, she will be right by your side on the couch with her head in your lap."
She is available for adoption with an approved adopter in Dartmouth, MA on May 24th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
