My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

2-year-old Maize is a German Shorthaired Pointer. Her family tossed her out for being pregnant and dragged her to the shelter and dumped her with 4 beautiful newborn pups. The shelter was over-crowded and did not have time to show her any compassion.
Maize was terrified and broken hearted. Ginny saw the desperate need and pulled her from the shelter moments before she was euthanized.
Maize and her litter were taken into a foster home. She is now spayed and free of heart worm. She is completely up to date on her vaccines and people friendly and is in training learning how to be loved again!
