My name is Dexter!

Hello, I am Dexter!
I am looking for new friends and family that I can protect, play and hang with. I am a very happy and fun pup. I am crate trained, potty trained, LOVE to eat, VERY treat motivated, I get really excited at first, so I pull on the leash, but I calm down quickly. I love to play with toys. I will follow you around and give you endless attention, plus I love kids. I am told that I'm very smart and I know basic commands, and I will remind you when I have to potty or when it's meal time. I love chew toys between naps. My favorite thing in the world are belly rubs and I like to lean on you often for many scratches. I have lived with another dog, but sadly she passed away from cancer leaving high vet bills, puting my family in a bind. We need to find him a home soon. Dexter would love to meet you!
