Why I need a new home

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little darling was just something my daughter had to have as her emotional support animal after her father and I divorced and her Grandma died. She started with the name Eevee but she was renamed to Monkey pretty quickly as it fit her personality and activities. Monkey was happy and thriving as an indoor/outdoor cat living in Clayton. She ran around the back yard and climbed trees at terrifying heights. She loved catching lizards and mice and even baby birds one time. : ( Eventually, she was not aloud to hunt at night anymore after bringing a not quite dead lizard into the bed in the middle of the night.

My daughter and I both moved from this home however when she left to college and I was remarried. My daughter brought her cat to college as Monkey was a certified ESA. However, Monkey is really stressed and unhappy being a dorm cat. It's too small and I think my daughter is too busy with school living a college kids life. We need a new safe and loving home for Monkey.
