Abi Apricot has big round puppy dog eyes and you can't help but want to spoil her with all the love and treats! She is currently looking for a foster home where she can recover from an upper respiratory infection before leaving on an transport to one of our out-of-state rescue partners.
Reason for Foster: Transport animal & Under treatment for URI
Foster Time Frame: 2 weeks
Foster Care Plan: Abi Apricot is currently undergoing treatment for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. There is a possibility that she is contagious to other animals, so we strongly recommend keeping her separated in a bedroom or bathroom away from your personal pets until she has fully recovered. She will go home with medication and once her treatment is completed she will have a recheck scheduled to see if it's time to move forward to her transport.
Animals in the transport foster program will not be available for adoption since they have already been tagged by a rescue partner. If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact foster@operationkindness.org.
