My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Duke. I`m new here, my owner had to move and I wasn`t able to go with them.

I`m a friendly, affectionate, playful guy. I like dog stuff; being pet, my squeaky toys and going for walks.

I`ve lived with older children before but, it`s best to bring your kids to meet me.

I`ve lived with a cat before and I liked to chase him. The staff suggests I don`t live with cats in the future.

I seem like some dogs but, I`m the most comfortable with female dogs. If you have another dog, a meet and greet will be required before adoption to make sure it`s a good match.

My previous owner advised I`m a bit shy in new situations and I have some seperation anxiety. I`ll do best if I had a crate in a quite space or a room I can go to into when you leave.

We are located at 725 E. Baseline, Apache Junction, AZ 85119. (East of Idaho Road and West of Tomahawk Road on the South side of Baseline). Our office is open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm. The kennel is open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
