Please welcome Nick! Nick is a sweet little Yorkie mix who is 14 years old and weighs 7.7 pounds! Don’t let his age fool you, Nick is an active senior with so much love to give! He is a snuggler and likes to burrow under the covers. Nick still loves to play and take walks. He is well behaved on a leash, rides well in the car, potty trained and gets along with large and small dogs, kids, and cats. Nick is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, has had a full dental, and has been dewormed and microchipped. Interview

We will call if we feel you are a fit for one of our adoptable pets. Once confirmed, we will set up a meet and greet with the pet.

3.
Home Check

We will visit your home to see the environment where the dog will live and answer your questions.

Additional adoption info

Additional Information:

If applicable, we'll call your veterinarian to ensure that previous pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and well cared for.

For renters, we'll check with your landlord to ensure that dogs are permitted and that the dog that you're adopting wouldn't violate any size or breed restrictions.

Adoption fees are generally between $300-$450 depending on which pup you are adopting.

Leashes of Love Rescue is an organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from local high-kill shelters in Southern California and owners who can no longer care for them.
