This helps Brighter Days Dog Rescue with pet care costs.
Sienna is a beautiful Red Husky. We are not sure if she is a mix or not since we don't know her background or history, but to us she appears to be a purbred Husky. Sienna came to us because she was dumped at a shelter in New Mexico. She was on the euthanasia list for no reason other than there was no room for her and they had to make room for the overwhelming amount of dogs they were being required to intake. The shelter staff reached out to us specifically for Sienna since she was such a beautiful girl, and one of the staff members had really bonded with her, expressing how incredibly special she was. While we do strongly believe every dog deserves a chance, it's unrealistic to think or hope to save them all, and sometimes there are ones that are just a little extra special, like Sienna.
Sienna has been in our care for a few weeks now and is ready to find her forever family. her foster mom cannot say enough good things about her. She gets along with all other dogs from 3lbs to 80lbs. She loves to play with other dogs but is also respectful of the tiny dogs and loves to play with them gently. She is a snuggle bug and loves all humans too. Pretty much she is an amazing dog and the shelter was right to see something special in her. She will make a great family member, but would absolutely love another dog (big or small) to romp around with, and a yard to sunbath and hang out in.
