My name is Goldie!

We adopted Goldie from the shelter in June of 2022, he has been absolutely amazing to us and our kids and we love him very very much. This decision to rehome him was out of our hands for our six month old baby has pet allergies and we tried different methods of medications in hopes that we can help her allergies and keep Goldie but so far we havnt been successful. Goldie is very sweet and gentle soul, he has separation anxiety so he will need a lot of time and patience, he is very protective of his people. We have four kids and he is absolutely great with them and they are rough on him!
If you are wanting to adopt him you will need lots of time and love and you have to be willing to put the extra work so he can get used to you.
I will ask whoever wants to adopt that if things don’t work out even after years of adoption to please reach back out to me and I will take him and rehome him.
He is a valued member of our family and losing him is a major heartache.
