Meet Salsa, a 4 month old lab/sharpei mix who is friendly and outgoing and has fur that feels like velvet. With her wrinkles and chocolate, velvety fur we think there is some Sharpei mix in her. She is just gorgeous and her pics don't do her justice, you need to meet her in person to appreciate this beautiful girl! Salsa was found with her 4 litter mates abandoned in the desert in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Some kind people saw the 8 week old puppies on the side of the road and rescued and fostered them. With love, great vet care and good food, Salsa has grown into a beautiful, playful and friendly girl. She is healthy, fully vaccinated, sterilized and ready to find her forever family! Salsa would do well in a home with a yard to play in and regular exercise. She loves playing with her litter mates, going on walks, and will need a family who can give her the active lifestyle she needs

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue was started by volunteers as a way to find homes for dog that have been rescued, rehabilitated and rehomed. We are a foster based organization that is a 501c3 Non-profit and all volunteers. All of our donations go directly to the dogs medical needs and care.
