My name is Larry Louie!

Larry Louie was born around July 1, 2020 and weighs about 40 pounds.   Larry is with us because he and the toddler in the home were not getting along.  Larry has been extremely happy here and we struggled with what his previous owner and vet work said about him.  To better understand Larry we simulated a young child hugging and squeezing him. Larry did react with a low growl after several of these hugs/squeezes. We also took a look at his previous address and can see that his home environment was less than ideal. We truly feel his previous unfortunate behavior was him doing the best he could in the situation he was put in. We will be looking for a home with no children just in case. Larry rides well in the car and is ok on leash but could use a few lessons to help with pulling.  Larry really adores us and he deserves the chance to show you how wonderful he is.   
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00

Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. 

 

Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
