Meet Frankie. Frankie survived a horrific ordeal having been found with a rope tied around his neck. Our incredible medical team was able to surgically remove it and ultimately save him, and Frankie is now living as a happy and healthy cat. Frankie is understandably shy at first, but warms up quickly. His curiosity motivates him to overcome his fears, and he is working every day to rediscover his confidence.
