Nona is a true cuddler and loves to sit on your lap and get a good snuggle in while watching your favorite tv show. She loves watching the birds through a window and will monitor the neighborhood for hours. She is friendly to all humans big and small and would be great with kids. She herself is a wonderful momma who is quite bonded to her adult son Twizzler. We are seeking a home where they can be together forever! Nona is not a fan of dogs.

Our adoption fee is $400.00 for puppies, $350.00 for adult dogs, and $175.00 for seniors.. A completed Adoption Application is required prior to meeting an animal. Vet references will be checked, and then an appointment may be scheduled to meet the pet.

Our rescue is foster based, therefore you will need to make an appointment to visit with any of our animals that are available for adoption.
Most of our adoptable animals come from high kill shelters. Occasionally we are given specific breed information on the animals, but more often, we have to make an educated guess as to breed or mixture based on size, color and physical characteristics.
