My name is Edie!

Ever wanted a furry best friend who will entertain you for hours, snuggle in your lap while you work from home, sunbathe in the window, and then fall asleep in your arms after another round of play? What if that furry bestie is also the absolute cutest, sassiest girl? Then Edie is for you! Her fosters say there's no cat like her and that she's absolutely perfect!

​A perfect day in the life of Edie begins with an exploration of the apartment (Maybe there are some new toys or a fly to hunt?), followed by a bit of play and cuddles, possibly using you as an obstacle course while playing, more naps and cuddles, and if you end up having friends over in the evenings, Edie will introduce herself to everyone, chirping and asking for snuggles. 

Edie is only 6 months old. We found her injured, weak, and emaciated on the grounds of a housing complex in Crown Heights. Edie was in bad shape, but she's a fighter. After we took care of her wounds and infection, she quickly bounced back, developed a healthy appetite, and is now an opinionated girl who lives for attention and affection. She's also the rare kitten who prefers to be solo, so she will be adopted out as a single older kitten.
