Duke is a handsome pup that lives up to his name. This beautiful boy is poised and has great manners. In his previous home, he got along with kids, cats, and other dogs. Duke walks great on leash and like to prance around to show off his leash skills. Duke may need some patience with getting adjusted to a new potty routine. He will need consistency and praise as he works his way to being fully housetrained. If you would like to meet this dapper young fellow, please come to the shelter with everyone that lives in the home including all current canine companions.

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
