My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginger (orange, female) & Pickles (gray, male) are siblings who really love each other. It is a delight to watch them play together & cuddle together (which is a lot of the time). They both weigh 10 lbs, are 1 yr-old, and are spayed/neutered. They hardly shed & scratch only their scratching pads. Pickles is a goofball & is a bit of a klutz (in a fun way). Ginger is more reserved & is clearly the brains of the operation. They are a bonded pair and cannot be separated.

We are rehoming them because they have only warmed up to one of us, leaving the other & our 7 yr-old daughter unable to pet them. They are very comfortable with Sarah, but they are scared of the rest of us and run away whenever we come close, despite our best efforts.

We think Ginger & Pickles would do well with a single person who is willing to be patient getting to know them & letting them warm up.

If they are rehomed we will adopt a new pair of rescues, so you will effectively “rescue” two cats.
