What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We found JR abandoned in a park, tied to a tree with a luggage strap. He was so affectionate and sweet and stole our hearts immediately. We have had him fully examined by a vet. He has gotten all his immunizations and a full check up. He has been living with us in our small apartment for over a month - he is very sweet with our senior dog and a loves pets and belly rubs and short walks and long naps. Also, he thinks he is a lap dog, he loves to snuggle. We cannot keep him but are dedicated to finding him a loving home where he can be a loyal companion for the right person/family. The vet estimates he is 8 years old. We will pay for all travel to get him to his new home. I am happy to send videos. One issue, he has heartworm. He is being treated now and the doc says it’s not too advanced. We will pay for continued treatment for up to a year. We will pay to have him neutered also.
