My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Penny Layne! 🐾

Penny is a sweet pup on a journey of growth and love. While she's still mastering her crate manners and house training, her progress is evident every day. She's a diligent sleeper in her crate through the night, though she's still learning to enter it gracefully.

New experiences can be a tad overwhelming for Penny, but with patience and encouragement, she's bravely stepping out of her comfort zone. She's a social butterfly around kids and other dogs, though she's yet to meet a feline friend.

Penny's heart is full of affectionate gestures; she adores cuddles, belly rubs, and giving kisses. Playtime and treats are high on her list of joys, but nothing beats snuggling up in a warm lap. Loud noises can startle her, so she appreciates a calm and reassuring environment.

Penny Layne's ideal forever home is one filled with love, patience, and plenty of snuggles. Could you be the one to give her the love and comfort she craves? Apply to adopt at tailsofhopewi.org!🐶💕

*A $100 refundable spay deposit is required in addition to Penny’s adoption fee.

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
