CiCi was put into a foster home on 05/20/2024. Her foster parents noted that she jumped right into the car and laid down to rest on the way to her temporary home. No car sickness or accidents during a heavy traffic ride. She is still a young girl but she does not have the puppy traits. We consider her an old soul. She is mostly quiet but will whine just a little bit when first crated and then settle in.
We have noticed that she will pace if she needs to go potty and she has only had accidents in the house when we were not listening to her telling us.
Words to describe her would be calm, quiet and very smart. She does not get distracted when she is in the yard and other dogs in the neighborhood are barking, she is easy going and beats to her own drum.
She knows basic commands like sit and stay and we feel certain that she can learn so much more! We believe that she will do fine with any size dog and her calm nature makes us think that she may accept cats too but she hasn't been tested.
She is not a leash puller. She walks calmly next to you and if you stop to sit then so does she.
