Toast is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
Toast is apx 1.5 years old and 14 pounds.
He is a big dog in a little dog body. Toast LOVES people and is very social. He is good with kids but is a jumping bean and needs to work on not jumping on people, so at this time, babies and toddlers may not be suitable.
Toast has good potty and leash manners. He is not overly barky.
He is a loving soul with a good amount of energy but also loves to cuddle. He is a very excitable dog and he does have a big dog play style. He would most likely not be suitable for small frail dog friends.
Toast is a little picky with his friend groups. He prefers female dogs and he is a bit of a bully with big dogs or dominant male dogs. He does much better in a smaller pack.
Toast is not necessarily dog aggressive, he would never just attack a dog and he does not go after dogs.
He would be fine on walks but would not be the biggest fan of a dog park. His best placement would be with either no other dogs, or a very playful young female dog.
He does well when introduced slowly to dogs. He plays well with the female dogs his size and energy level here at the ranch.
Toast just needs some training and someone willing to devote some time to him. He has probably just been a stray his entire life and needs a little structure. He is over all a good boy and he loves his humans and is eager to learn.
