Oscar is very sweet, he is slow to warm up and a bit skiddish but once you are in his inner circle, he enjoys pats and snuggles. Any time you sit down to watch a movie or read a book, he’ll be at your side, belly exposed.
He loves to snooze on the couch, in the sun, and on the patio. He is a very chill and laid back cat happy to sleep most of the day. Being a bit nervous, ever since being a kitten he is known to be under a bed or couch when new people come by and is easily startled (but doesn't damage things).
He will let you sleep in late, be a bit late on food, or out all day with no protest. He loves to be in any room with you. Closed doors give him FOMO.
Oscar is almost 20 pounds. He’s not a picky eater, ok with wet food, dry food, and treats. He has no known health issues.
Oscar would love to be an only cat. He has had siblings, but prefers to have all the attention. Dogs and kids (and loud noises) are scary for him. He would thrive in a calm, quiet, consistent environment.
