What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We found Primo on the street in Los Angeles in bad shape. His face was cut up, his body was urine stained and extremely underweight. But from the start he was extremely sweet and friendly. While being checked at the vet, we found numerous pieces of debris in his stomach including metal shards. After several procedures and lots of love, he has filled in and turned into the adorable, healthy boy he is now. We don't know his exact age, but we estimate he's 1-2 years old. He likely missed his puppy years and very much likes to play and cuddle. Primo has a very unique way of walking, he hops around possibly due to being confined as a puppy, but he has no obvious injuries that explain it. He is very affectionate with people he trusts and plays well with other dogs and even cats. We have been fostering and rehabbing him, but unfortunately don't have room for him with our other dogs long term. We are looking for another foster or adopter who can give him lots of attention and love.
