A RAINBOW always leads you to a pot of gold 🌈 …or in this case, a happy home!
Meet Rainbow! This little super mutt is two and a half years of age and 55lbs. She was found wandering the streets of Mississippi as a young pup, and is now looking for her fur-ever home! 🌈 🏠
Her fosters have worked hard and consistent on her training; she has great recall, does well on a harness & leash, fully crate/potty trained, and boy is she food motivated! Her favorite thing in the word is peanut butter and bananas. As long as your pockets are full of treats, Rainbow will never leave your side. 🦴🐾
She is an extremely loyal girl, and her colors will truly show once she’s adjusted to your schedule. She LOVES all the attention and just wants to be with her humans, so it’s best that she is either the only dog in a household or with a submissive male. Her future home is also best to exclude cats and other small animals. 🚫🐈🐹🐰🚫
She is extremely playful, energetic and always down for an adventure. Whether it's a long walk, car ride or meeting new friends, she's just happy to be included. Rainbow would do best in a home with an active family and fenced in yard, since she is known to wander when she hits a good sniffing trail. She absolutely loves little kids and making new friends! But her excited energy may be a bit overwhelming, so it's best to make slow introductions with people and other dogs. ❤️👶🏼🐶
She is such a loveable, silly, and loyal girl, who deserves a family who will spoil her the rest of her life. Rainbow is up to date on vaccines/rabies, fixed and comes with all of the necessities (collar, leash, harness, food, crate, bowls, etc.).
Her fosters are FULLY COVERING HER ADOPTION FEE since they want this girl to find the perfect home!
This little Rainbow, is ready to add some color and spunk to your life! ❤️💛💚💙💜🏡 🦴🐕🦺❤️💛💚💙💜 Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

Additional adoption info
See our adoption process at www.sandipaws.org/adoption
A successful adoption depends on the selection of the right pet for your household and your understanding of your responsibility of adopting a rescued animal. Our adoption procedures have been designed to make sure all rescued Sandi Paws pets are placed in an appropriate, loving forever home, and to make sure all adopters find the right fit for their family. Prior to adoption, all dogs and cats will be given all age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, parvo and distemper, spaying/neutering, intestinal deworming, heartworm testing/treatment, microchipping, and monthly heartworm medication and flea prevention.
Note: We will adopt pets outside of Wisconsin if we can do necessary background and reference checks and the adopters agree to provide necessary follow up information. Also, the adopting family must agree to travel to pick up the pet and agree to transport them back to Wisconsin if they need to be returned at any time.
