What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Charleston is a pure breed, loving, gentle giant. He loves, loves, loves human interaction and cuddles. Charleston will be 5 years old on August 16th. We acquired him from a local Great Dane breeder. He is up to date on all vet visits, and vaccines. Charleston is amazing with children of all ages. We have had him since our kids were newborns, and are now 3 & 4 years old. He enjoys playing tug of war with them, and letting them ride on his back. We also have a pet cat that he does very well with. He is gentle while playing with the cat.
Charleston has been boarded and attended doggy day care, where he plays well with other dogs. However, when walking the neighborhood there are some dog he does not do well with, and we can't figure out why he is good with some, and not others. We have had some family changes where we no longer have the time to give Charleston the appropriate attention he deserves. We would love to see him in a home where he will be given lots of love and attention.
