Meet Delilah, a 2-year-old, 50-pound Boxer mix in search of a new forever home. Rescued from the shelter just before she was to be euthanized, Deliah has been living in a loving home, but her current owner is very ill, and Deliah needs a new family to care for her.

Delilah is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to play and is known for her enthusiastic licking. She's a talkative pup who enjoys being part of the conversation. Since being in her current home, she's only had two accidents indoors, demonstrating good house training.

However, Delilah has a strong desire to run and will take off if given the chance, so she needs a secure yard or to be kept on a leash/harness at all times. She was treated for heartworms and received a ProHeart 12 injection on January 3, 2024, which keeps her on heartworm prevention until January 1, 2025. We need to retest her for heartworms to confirm she is negative, and if needed, we will provide further treatment.
