Come meet Scarlette and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (June 2nd) from 12-3 pm at the PETSMART in Alexandria (3351 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22305)!

Name:  Scarlette         Best Guess for Breed:   Lab, retriever type mix

Best Guess for Age:   6 months as of May 2024         SEX:   Female

Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!):   27 lbs as of 5/7/24

Gets Along With:   Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids or cats but she can be tested

Currently Living at:   DC area foster home.

Special Adoption Considerations:       Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy. 

Scarlette is Looking For:   Her forever home! This pretty girl arrived in the shelter as a 6-month-old puppy with her mama Lily. She's eager to get her own humans! Long sniffy walks, romps in the neighborhood and all the adventures her new family can dream up - yes, please! Opportunities to make new pup and people pals too, please. And she'd love to go to pup school to show how super smart she is. 

Most of all, though, she wants to be under her own roof, to be safe and loved for all her days. She has so much to offer - adoring gazes, antics to make you laugh, and loyal companionship. What do you say? Is Scarlette the one for your home and your heart?
