My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Otis, the enchanting feline with a heart of gold and a shy demeanor that melts away in the presence of love. With fur as soft as whispers and eyes that gleam with curiosity, Otis is a creature of gentle grace and quiet charm.

Once acquainted, Otis blossoms into a beacon of affection, showering those he holds dear with boundless love and loyalty. His purrs become melodies of contentment, and his gentle nuzzles speak volumes of his adoration.

In the quiet moments shared with Otis, one finds solace in his presence, a comforting embrace that whispers of unconditional love. His shy nature only adds to his allure, for within his gentle heart lies a treasure trove of affection waiting to be unveiled.

I tested positive for FIV, but please don't let that scare you. Being FIV-positive means that I have antibodies that have been exposed to the virus, although it can take years, if ever before I develop any FIV infection and clinical signs referred to as Feline AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome of Cats).

Stop in and meet my cute self in person during our adoption hours. For more
information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff
will be happy to help you.

I hope to meet you soon!

Our cats and kittens go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core
vaccines, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of
our participating veterinarians.
