My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sassy!
This beautiful house panther is just a year old and was left behind when her family moved away. Thankfully, the family that purchased her house are cat lovers and let her back inside.
Sassy is cuddly, sweet, and loving....but she isn't getting along with the new feline residents. We aren't sure if it is because they are now living in "her house or if she just doesn't care for other cats. She does like the dog though!
Despite the new family's best intentions, she's just not happy with the new situation. Her ideal home with have no other cats or perhaps just one if you're patient and willing to do a slow introduction. Dogs are fine as she seems to really like them.

More about this rescue

Five Friends Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based animal welfare organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters, strays, and owner surrenders. We provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter and positive behavior training. We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
