What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Nikita is a 6.5 year old, 45 lb husky/bulldog mix that I rescued 6 years ago in AL. She is incredibly loving, funny, sweet, and smart. She knows sit, stay, crate, heel, spin, down. Kita loves cuddling on the couch or bed, chewing her bone, laying in the sun, getting scritches, and eating cookies. She will do just about anything if you say cookie. Over time, she has gotten aggressive toward other dogs due to resource and territory guarding. She needs to be in a home without any other pets, including dogs, cats, etc. Kita is an amazing pet with so much love to give. We really wish we did not have to rehome her, but she has become aggressive toward our other dog. Nikita is waiting to meet her new forever home, it just needs to be animal free!
