Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Max!
Max is a 5-year-old 15-pound Jack Russell Terrier mix. This handsome boy is easy to love and has a lot of love to give. He bonds quickly and loves to be with his humans whether that means snuggling on the couch or following you around the house as you go about your day. He is extremely affectionate- his ideal human will love getting kisses as much as he loves giving them.
He is a great mix of active and laid back. He is equally happy running around and playing as he is laying on your lap for hours. He is very athletic - he loves racing around the yard, chasing and playing with his foster siblings. He even went to a drop-in agility class and loved it - he has no fear when it comes to jumping and climbing.
He is house-trained and crate-trained and gets along well with other dogs. He also rides nicely in the car and sleeps through the night. He is not good with cats and cannot be placed in a home with cats.

Max is being fostered in Shirley MA and the adoption fee is $425.
NOTE: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix for most dogs. We get to know each dog individually and will do our best to describe each dog based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
